The price of the SpeakSpanish experience at Mas Juli is 998€ (taxes included).

Includes:

• 3 nights of accommodation in Mas Juli.
• Linens and towels.

• All activities described in the program

Not included:

• Transport to and from Mas Juli is not included in the price.
• Personal expenses such as souvenirs, additional snacks, alcoholic beverages, and any personal purchases are not covered.
• Any meals outside of those provided during the full board program are not included.
• Any emergency medical services not covered by the participant's personal insurance will be the participant's responsibility.

To reserve your place at SpeakSpanish you must make a first payment of 350€.

30 days before the start date of the activity we will contact you to make the second payment of the remaining amount.

Cancellation policy
(this policy is only applicable to the Speak Spanish experience):

Cancellations by participant:

1. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance:
   • Full refund of the amount paid minus a 10% administrative fee.
2. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days in advance:
   • Refund of 50% of the amount paid.
3. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice:
   • No refund will be made.

Reservation changes:

• Changes to the reservation date: They will be allowed at no additional cost if requested more than 30 days in advance and based on availability. For changes requested between 14 and 30 days before the start of the program, a 10% administration fee will be charged. Changes will not be allowed with less than 14 days notice.

Cancellations by the organizer:

1. Cancellation due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
   • Full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
2. Cancellation due to insufficient registration:
   • If the minimum number of registrations required is not reached, a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule for a future date will be offered at no additional cost.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

The rooms are double shared with single beds.

Some rooms have their own bathroom. Other rooms have a shared bathroom (at most you will share a bathroom with 3 other people).

The distribution will be decided in the welcome dynamic.

You can get to Mas Juli using the train or bus. We will send you specific details and times once your reservation is confirmed.

Yes We provide sheets and towels for all our guests.

We change towels only once during your stay, as part of our commitment to the environment. Thank you for helping us take care of our planet.

The bathrooms are deep cleaned twice a day: mid-morning and late in the day.

Being a very personal issue, we prefer that everyone bring their own soap and hygiene items. Even so, if you need it we can provide you with shower gel.

We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, warm clothing (depending on the season), sunscreen, and any study materials you prefer to use. Don't forget your personal items and any medications you need.

Yes, we have Wi-Fi in the house so you can stay connected during your stay.

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to adapt the meals to your needs.

At Mas Juli we have civil liability insurance to cover any situation arising from an unlikely poor condition of the facilities.

On the other hand, we recommend that you take out travel insurance on your own to cover any unforeseen events.

To ensure a personalized experience, our groups are small, between 7 and 10 people maximum.

We have procedures in place for medical emergencies and are within walking distance of local medical services. We also have a first aid kit in the house.
